Once you have opened the form, click on File in the top left, then print. If you do not have a printer please either stop at Bucky's Sports in Duncan, contact our registrar below, or see Tom Duncan at the range.

The Cowichan Fish and Game Association welcomes members new and old. Our year runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. If you are a returning member please remit your form and fees as soon as possible.
